Law firm DTLA Law Group is expanding its headquarters with an upcoming relocation within downtown L.A.

DTLA Law Group is moving 2 miles, from 612 South Broadway to 540 S. Santa Fe Ave. in the Arts District. The new office — the former headquarters of Lucky Brand — is set to open Sept. 1.

The new office is a renovated 52,000-square-foot space, more than double the size of the firm’s current 25,000-square-foot headquarters. The new workplace will include open workspaces and private rooms, and building amenities include a cafe, lounges and conference rooms.

DTLA Law Group specializes in injury and accident cases.

Farid Yaghoubtil, founder of DTLA Law Group, said in a statement the move symbolizes the firm’s expanding mission, ensuring that “working people, immigrants, families and everyday Angelenos have access to the same level of legal firepower as the most powerful institutions in this city.”

DTLA Law Group plans to add new attorneys and expand its litigation footprint and says it will continue to focus on high-impact cases.
